We are a Dhaka-based indenting agent and manufacturer representative. Our job is simple to state and hard to do well: find the right GMP-certified source for every requirement, back it with complete documentation, and stand behind it until the material is in your warehouse.
Who we are
An indenting agent, explained
A manufacturer's representative — or indenting agent — acts as the exclusive local arm of an overseas manufacturer. We do not buy and resell; we represent.
When a Bangladeshi pharmaceutical company needs an API, an excipient or a packaging component, the fastest reliable route is through a representative who already knows which plants are certified, which documentation they hold, and how their material performs in the local regulatory environment. That knowledge is our product.
Pharma Essence was founded in 2023 by a team with years of experience in pharmaceutical sourcing and regulatory affairs in Bangladesh. We represent manufacturers from Europe, China, India, Japan, Korea and North America, and we pre-qualify every one of them against DGDA and customer audit expectations before they ever appear in our portfolio.

Requirement & specification
You share your requirement — molecule, grade, pharmacopoeia, quantity and target price. We confirm the specification in writing before anything moves.

Source identification
We match the requirement against our pre-qualified principal network. Where needed, we scout and audit new manufacturers that meet DGDA expectations.

Documentation package
You receive the complete regulatory set: DMF/CEP/ASMF status, COA, stability data, GMP certificates, TSE/BSE declarations and audit access.

Commercial negotiation
We negotiate price, lead time and terms with the principal on your behalf, arrange samples for your R&D and QC evaluation, and coordinate the contract.

Shipment & after-support
From LC opening to customs clearance, we track the shipment and keep both sides aligned — then stay available for re-orders, technical queries and audits.
